Punchy club drums with kick, hats, clap, percussion and ride roles for techno, tech house and driving electronic grooves.
13 built-in instrument engines
Spider puts synths, drum machines, percussion, sampling and hardware MIDI control inside the same music project. Open an instrument directly, write its part, then keep editing that material in Studio Flow or Arrangement.

Rhythm sources
Build the foundation with dedicated drum voices and percussion lanes. Each instrument opens inside Spider with its own sequencing and sound controls.

Punchy club drums with kick, hats, clap, percussion and ride roles for techno, tech house and driving electronic grooves.

Round drums and deep low end for hip-hop, trap, electro and patterns that need sub-weight alongside hats and percussion.

Shakers, congas, bongos, timbale, cowbell and other groove-detail roles for Latin percussion and layered top loops.
Tone and movement
Move from modern wavetable motion to analog-style pads, mono bass, FM color and granular texture. Each engine has a distinct musical role rather than being a reskinned general-purpose panel.

Wavetable leads, pads, plucks, arpeggios and evolving textures for modern melodic and atmospheric parts.

Analog-style pads, strings, keys and chords with chorus character for wide harmonic beds and softer hooks.

Three-oscillator basses and leads with filter envelopes and glide for weight, movement and focused mono lines.

Sequenced mono bass with slides and accents for acid basslines and resonant patterns that stay in motion.

A club-focused mono bass and support-lead engine for rumble, trap and hip-hop low end rather than acid-line duties.

Six-operator FM for digital keys, glass, bells, complex basses, metallic tones and evolving atmospheric textures.

A source-driven granular instrument for sample clouds, resynthesized atmospheres, experimental pads and moving texture.

Vintage-leaning polyphonic pads, brass, keys, leads and chords with analog-style movement.
Your material and hardware
Bring in your own sounds or sequence hardware from the same Spider project. These tools have explicit boundaries: Eightcross needs sample material, while MIDS controls external MIDI and does not generate audio itself.

Arrange one-shots, loops, slices, vocal cuts and texture lanes. Load sample material before expecting audible output.

Sequence and perform external MIDI hardware with chord, arpeggiator, CC and routing workflows. MIDS is a controller, not a sound source.
